Description and Implementation of Services
MTL Educational Consulting provides services through its Educational Mentoring Program. The Educational Mentoring Program model consists of a combination of academic and social components uniquely integrated into an existing educational curriculum to create a positive, more relevant educational experience for students and a more teacher-friendly atmosphere. Programs are specifically designed for the environments in which they are to be implemented.
Our organization approaches its work with students from a systemic perspective-- seeking to engage not only the students but also every entity that influences their lives in any way. This is accomplished, in part, by working collaboratively to create environments within schools and within communities surrounding them that encourage and challenge students to assume personal responsibility for their own success.
